Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Active pharmacist license and immunization certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Comprehensive understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify prescriptions in accordance with state and federal laws, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Provide compassionate, knowledgeable counseling to patients about prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Administer immunizations and provide other health services as permitted by state law.
- Coach, mentor, and support pharmacy technicians and team members in delivering excellent service.
- Collaborate with store and pharmacy leadership to achieve operational goals.
