Qualifications

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Comprehensive understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify prescriptions in line with laws and policies.
- Counsel patients about prescription and OTC meds with compassion.
- Serve as a trusted link between patients, providers, and the community.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient and company information.
- Support pharmacy growth initiatives and community outreach efforts.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
- Administer immunizations and provide health services as allowed by state law.
- Coach and mentor pharmacy technicians and team members.
