Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed in the state of Washington.
• Compounding and laboratory experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates, and participates in the preparation of sterile and non-sterile admixtures.
• Final verification after fulfillment by the labs.
• Pharmacist responsibilities for patient consultations over the phone.
• Communication with providers for prescription clarifications.
• Ensuring dispensing practices meet all regulatory and professional standards.
• Maintains pharmacy records under applicable laws and regulations.
• Participates in orientation/training programs for new team members and current staff.
• Participates in department quality assurance and process improvement activities.
