Qualifications

• State board licensure in good standing in the state of the hospital.
• Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Contribute to development of pharmacy policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Accurately interpret, compound and dispense medications in line with professional standards and legal requirements.
