Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Myers is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to ensure safe medication use and contribute to patient well-being in an inpatient setting. You will apply clinical knowledge to support rehabilitative care and participate in policy development and medication management initiatives.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will exercise independent judgment, interpret and dispense medications, and help shape pharmacy services aligned with Joint Commission

Qualificações

• State pharmacy board licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital is located.
• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Contribute to the development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards.
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary team, leveraging critical information for positive patient outcomes.
• Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medication in adherence to legal and professional pharmacy standards.
