Qualifications

• Pharmacist license or eligibility in the state
• Immunization license and CPR certification
• Immunization certification/license as required by state
• NPI and professional licensure requirements

Responsibilities

• Stay informed on new drugs, therapies and pharmacy developments.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all company/state/federal policies and laws.
• Build professional rapport with physicians, nurses, and vendors.
• Maintain production rates and meet quality standards.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Administer immunizations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy per QA policies.
• Handle prescription transfers and third-party billing support.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering.
• Complete required paperwork and participate in CQI meetings.
