The pharmacist will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor technicians while delivering high-quality care to our customers. A valid pharmacist license and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
Active pharmacist license and immunization certification in good standing with the state board.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Comprehensive understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and verify prescriptions in accordance with laws and company policies.
Provide compassionate counseling to patients about medications.
Serve as a connection between patients, providers, and the community.
Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
Administer immunizations and provide health services as permitted by state law.
Coach and mentor pharmacy technicians and team members.
Collaborate with store and pharmacy leadership to achieve goals.
