Trinity Health seeks a Pharmacist II to prepare and dispense parenteral, enteral, and oral medications, monitor therapies, and provide drug information. Directs support personnel and can work independently while following department policies.
Requires a five-year BS in pharmacy and an active Michigan pharmacist license with a controlled substances license; hospital or retail experience is preferred. Emphasis on safety, cost-effectiveness and clinical consultation.

Five-year Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Current registered pharmacist license and controlled substance license issued by the Michigan State Board of Pharmacy.
One year of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy. Knowledge of drug regimen review, pharmacy software for order entry, allergy screening, drug interactions, and other related topics.
