Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Pharmacist I to join the Pharmacy team at MMC Specialty Care Center in Monmouth Medical Center, NJ. You will review orders, prepare sterile and non-sterile products, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe pharmaceutical care.

The role requires an active NJ Pharmacist license, ACPE-accredited pharmacy education, and proficiency with EPIC software. This is a day-shift, full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy or holder of an FPGEC with completed internship hours.
Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
Compound sterile and non-sterile products including IV admixtures, chemotherapy, and TPN.
Supervise pharmacy technicians and collaborate with physicians and nurses.
Document clinical interventions in EPIC and maintain daily pharmacy activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
