Job summary

MLR is partnering with a respected healthcare system to hire a Pharmacist for a full-time, day shift role. This permanent position focuses on delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care while ensuring strict compliance with state and federal regulations.

The Pharmacist will also oversee the safe and accurate preparation of medications. Qualified candidates hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with Texas licensure and a minimum of five years in hospital settings or PGY-1/PGY-2 residency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Active Pharmacist license in Texas.
• At least 5 years in a hospital setting or completion of PGY-1/PGY-2 residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services, ensuring precise and safe medication preparation and distribution.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and trainees.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
