Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in Texas is required.
• Minimum of 5 years hospital experience or completion of PGY-1/PGY-2 residency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and trainees to maintain high care standards.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all operations.
