Job summary

Justice Cannabis Co is seeking a Pharmacist to lead the patient care team at a Pennsylvania dispensary, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent service.

The role blends on-site supervision with remote work, requiring strong leadership, inventory control, and collaboration with physicians and patients. You will educate patients under the Medical Marijuana Program, supervise staff, manage inventory, oversee POS transactions, and ensure security procedures are followed daily.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with Pennsylvania Licensing Board.
• Willingness to complete 4-hour PA Department of Health approved training course.
• Experience supervising staff and inventory management.
• Knowledge of cannabis use for medical purposes preferred.
• Experience with POS systems, Excel and cash management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to educate and recommend cannabis forms and quantities.
• Supervise sales floor activity and Patient Care Advocates and POS transactions.
• Oversee inventory management including counts, purchase orders, deliveries and stock security.
• Provide point of contact for physicians, providers and patients.

Pharmacist

This medical professional will lead the patient care team to provide patients with the best possible service and support while supervising all activities at the dispensary, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting best business practices. Our ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is highly organized with great attention to detail and superior leadership and management skills. They should also have experience supervising staff and coordinating multi-faceted operations.

This is a per-diem hybrid role requiring a combination of on-site and remote work. Travel to company sites may be required as needed.

What You'll Do:

Performance Responsibilities

• Consult with patients in the Medical Marijuana Program to educate and recommend quantities and forms of medical marijuana to treat qualifying conditions
• Supervise sales floor activity, Patient Care Advocates and point of sales transactions
• Aid in management of inventory including regular physical inventory counts, maintenance of appropriate inventory levels, coordination of purchase orders, supervision of deliveries and transport manifests, oversight of sales floor inventory, and supervision of all other activities with respect to inventory management
• Provide point of contact for registered physicians, health care providers and patients
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and JC's standard operating procedures while maintaining all systems at the facility including security
• Cash management ability

• Help with all facets of site operation
• Physical demands of the job frequently include sitting and/or standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Education and Experience

• Must have active Pharmacist/Physician license in good standing with Pennsylvania Licensing Board.

  Experience managing staff and inventory
  Knowledge of cannabis use for medical purposes preferred
