Job summary

Justice Cannabis is seeking an on-site part-time medical professional to lead the patient care team at the dispensary, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote best business practices.

The role requires active Utah pharmacist or physician licensing, strong leadership, staff supervision, and experience with inventory and POS systems. Training will cover regulatory standards and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as Pharmacist or Physician in Utah and in good standing.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating inventory.
• Knowledge of cannabis medical use is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Excel, and cash handling desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care team to provide high-quality service at the dispensary.
• Supervise sales floor activities and point-of-sale transactions.
• Oversee inventory management including counts and purchase orders.
• Serve as liaison with physicians and patients for coordination of care.
