White Glove Placement, Inc. invites you to a 13-week travel assignment in hospital clinical pharmacy in Zanesville, Ohio. The role offers 40 guaranteed hours per week with varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

You will apply pharmacokinetic dosing and anticoagulation management, including vancomycin and warfarin, with Epic Willow experience preferred. Simple, stress-free onboarding is provided to get you started quickly.

Qualificações

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
• Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing, particularly vancomycin.
• Experience with warfarin management.
• Epic Willow Inpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Apply pharmacokinetic dosing and anticoagulation management in hospital setting.
• Cover 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM shifts with weekend/evening requirements.
• Overtime: After 40 hours per week.
