• Pay Rate: $78.78/hr

Job Description:

• The Pharmacist will work 40 hours per week on varied shifts. Must be willing to cover weekends and evening shifts. Typical shift will be 12:30-9 PM. Weekend hours may be variable depending on staffing.
• An active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing is required, along with at least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
• Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient is preferred but not required. Must have relevant experience with pharmacokinetic dosing (specifically vancomycin) and warfarin management.
• Traveler must have an active Ohio Pharmacist license, please do not submit your traveler if they do not have an active Ohio Pharmacy License.
