Job summary

Pride-Health is seeking a Pharmacist in Berlin, NH to dispense medications, review prescriptions, ensure patient safety, and provide accurate drug information to patients and caregivers.

You will counsel patients on proper usage, monitor therapy, collaborate with physicians and nurses, document care in the medical record, and support the pharmacy team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed and in good standing.
