At Valley Presbyterian Hospital, our pharmacy team plays a critical role in patient safety and clinical outcomes. We’re seeking a skilled Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care through clinical oversight, medication management, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

What You’ll Do
  • Review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety
  • Monitor drug therapy including dosing, interactions, and therapeutic outcomes
  • Provide clinical interventions and collaborate with physicians on medication plans

Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Ability to obtain LA City Fire Card within 30 days
Preferred
  • ASHP-accredited residency or equivalent clinical experience
  • Experience with Meditech or similar systems
