Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is partnering with a local client to hire a licensed pharmacist for a full-time role in Florence, Oregon. You will apply clinical expertise to ensure safe and compassionate distribution of medications to patients with diverse physical and mental health needs.

Active Oregon pharmacist license and PharmD or equivalent required. Retail pharmacy experience preferred; relocation assistance offered for moves over 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Pharmacist license required.
• Pharmacist degree (PharmD) or equivalent required.
• Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred. Minimum of 6 months experience preferred.
• Eligibility for relocation assistance if moving over 50 miles.
• Ability to meet any employer background and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical expertise to ensure safe and compassionate distribution of medications to patients with diverse physical and mental health needs.
• Provide patient counseling and medication information as part of the pharmacy team.
