Job summary

Regency Hospital - Cleveland East is a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU services for chronic, critically ill patients. As Pharmacist, you will oversee drug distribution, IV admixture, and central operations while supporting clinical pharmacy functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure.
• Current State licensure required.
• BLS if required by State.
• PharmD or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency.

Responsibilities

• Have working knowledge of drug distribution systems, central operations and IV admixture.
• Provide clinical support to the hospital pharmacy in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
• Inform and instruct patients on drugs to be used after discharge.
• Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs.
• Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring.
• Promote an environment of continuous quality improvement.
