Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care in Iowa seeks a licensed pharmacist to join our clinical team. Provide compassionate pharmacy consulting, educate patients on medication usage, and deliver immunizations and medication therapy management.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in applicable states.
• Certified Immunizer or willingness to become one within 90 days.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience including prescription filling, verification, and insurance processes.
• Patient-focused, service-driven, collaborative and a lifelong learner with problem-solving skills.
