CHANGE, Inc Family Medical Care is hiring a Full-Time Pharmacist with WV Licensure

Position Details:

1. Job Title: Pharmacist
2. Location: Weirton
3. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday with every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist with WV Licensure
• Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation, computer skills, and the ability to grasp new technology quickly. Experience with EMR preferred.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
