Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited school.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the district states.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of retail pharmacist experience including dispensing and verification, records and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients.
• Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical services including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and MTM.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing, regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
