Job summary

Family Pharmacy Services in Front Royal, VA seeks an experienced Pharmacist (RPh) to join our team. You will receive incoming prescriptions, review for accuracy, and fill them with the correct medicine and dose while counseling customers on medications and potential side effects.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. A Pharm.D. with immunization certification is preferred but not required; licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state pharmacist license or degree.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions, compound, and sell pharmaceuticals.
• Maintain records required for prescription drugs and controlled substances.
• Manage medication safety and proper storage of drugs.
• Ensure proper stock and prevent misbranded/adulterated drugs.
• Provide patient education and support, maintain accurate patient records.
