Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree or equivalent and valid licensure in the district.
• Certified immunizer or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred including prescription filling and verification.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical services including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
