Job summary

The role includes immunizations, medication therapy management, and ensuring safety through compliance and accurate dispensing.

The pharmacist will mentor team members in a collaborative environment and work to grow clinical services, including vaccines and diagnostics, while delivering patient-focused care

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment.
