Job summary

Fred Meyer Pharmacy is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to provide exceptional patient care and accurate dispensing in our store. You will counsel customers, support daily operations, and help maintain a safe, clean pharmacy environment to ensure excellent service.

You will lead with integrity in a fast-paced setting, assist with vaccines where allowed, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while prioritizing customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing required.
• Effective oral/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience and inspire associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return.
• Achieve sales and profit goals for the department and control QA standards and expenses.
