Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team, delivering patient-centered pharmaceutical care across the community. You will provide expert consultations, promote safe medication use, and deliver immunizations and other clinical services in a proactive, compliant manner.

You will also mentor colleagues, support quality initiatives, and uphold Walgreens’ standards for customer service, safety, and community health.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment.
