Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Pharmacy recognized by ACPE or equivalent accrediting body.
• Active, valid, and unrestricted pharmacist license in a U.S. state, territory, or D.C.
• Must be able to distinguish basic colors.
• One year of professional pharmacy experience including processing medication orders via computerized order entry, consulting patients/health care professionals, and inspecting patient medical records for drug order problems.

Responsibilities

• Process medication orders using computerized order entry and consult with patients or health care professionals.
• Review patient medical records to identify drug order problems such as adverse drug reactions, accuracy of prescription, dosing ranges, or allergies.
