CVS Health in Hawaii seeks a licensed pharmacist to enter and verify prescriptions, perform drug utilization reviews, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

This full-time position requires active Hawaii licensure, a minimum of 3 years in a pharmacy setting, and strong communication skills. Shifts include 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm HST, with a pay range of $60.58–$101.54 per hour and potential eligibility for incentives.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilités

• Enter and verify prescriptions with accuracy and compliance.
• Perform concurrent and/or retrospective drug utilization reviews (DUR).
• Package, prepare and label medications per pharmacy standards.
• Provide oral and written information to patients and physicians.
• Contact physicians for clarification of prescription information as needed.
• Involved in Quality Assurance, DUR, drug calls, and product verification procedures.
