Birch Elite in Denver, CO is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a full-time position. You will dispense medications, counsel patients on proper use, and help maintain accurate inventory while collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure safe therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• Licensed Pharmacist in Colorado (CO).
• Minimum of two years of experience in a community pharmacy setting.
• Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of pharmaceutical care.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy law, regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications to patients in accordance with prescriptions.
• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including counseling and education.
• Monitor and manage medication therapy, including reviewing prescriptions and making recommendations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and appropriate medications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmaceutical activities.
