• PharmD degree from an ACPE-accredited university or equivalent.
• Minnesota pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy operations.
• Knowledge of DEA regulations and controlled substances policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-wide leadership for controlled substances across care settings.
• Oversee compliance programs and diversion prevention initiatives.
• Audit_support and investigations coordination; mentor staff.
