Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team. Walgreens pharmacists are medication experts and trusted healthcare providers delivering patient-focused care across our stores.

You will provide compassionate pharmacy consulting, immunizations, MTM, and ensure medication safety while collaborating with teammates to improve outcomes. A BS in Pharmacy and a current pharmacist license are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients
• Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment
