Stop & Shop in Harwich, MA is seeking a Pharmacist to accurately process prescriptions, counsel patients, and support immunization services. You’ll play a key role in community health and collaborate with store leadership to meet daily goals.
The position requires an active pharmacist license, BLS, and a degree from an accredited school of pharmacy. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Competenze
- Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Active pharmacist license and immunization certification in good standing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Comprehensive understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Mansioni
- Accurately process and verify prescriptions in accordance with laws and policies.
- Provide compassionate counseling on prescription and OTC medications.
- Serve as a trusted link between patients, providers, and the community.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient and company information.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
- Administer immunizations and health services as allowed by law.
- Coach and support pharmacy technicians and staff in service delivery.
- Collaborate with store leadership to meet operational goals.
