Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree (PharmD) or PharmD equivalent.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in state of employment.
• Knowledge of federal and state patient-care regulations.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical data review, prescription verification, and virtual patient consultations in compliance with regulations.
• Manage end-to-end prescription fulfillment including dispensing medications and manual fill.
• Package and prepare prescriptions for shipment or site injection, including refrigerated or bulk items.
• Maintain quality standards and safety protocols while meeting CPT and production targets.
• Collaborate with technicians and pharmacists to maintain efficient workflow.
• Conduct Drug Utilization Review (DUR) and document in pharmacy systems.
