License/Registration/Certification: Licensed Pharmacist

Physical Requirements: Intermittent sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, exposure to chemicals and pathogens.

Shift: Primarily 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Summary: The clinical ambulatory pharmacist will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide care for patients with chronic conditions, answer drug information questions, provide medication education, complete medication therapy management, and contribute to educational and scholarly activities. The position may include remote pharmacy services for off-site clinics. The starting salary has been recently increased to a minimum of $104,697/year, based on experience.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Strong clinical skills, inpatient drug knowledge, prioritization, communication, teamwork, teaching motivation. Willingness to obtain practice certification.

Preferred Education/Experience: PharmD, ASHP PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency preferred.
