Mass General Brigham seeks a Per Diem Pharmacist to optimize drug therapy, identify and prevent drug-related problems, and improve outcomes. Depending on state guidelines, CDTM collaboration may allow prescribing certain medications under agreements.
Patient care duties and regulatory compliance are emphasized. The role supports interdisciplinary rounds, participates in quality improvements, and requires a PharmD with licensure and 3–5 years of pharmacy experience.

Per Diem Pharmacist Summary: Responsible for the optimization of drug therapy by identification, resolution, and prevention of drug related problems and improving therapeutic outcomes. Also responsible for providing patient care according to the laws and regulations governing pharmacists and the practice of pharmacy by the appropriate state and federal agencies. May be responsible for prescribing medications under specific collaborative drug therapy management agreements (CDTM). Does this position require Patient Care? No.
