Job summary

UW Health Belvidere Hospital in northern Illinois is seeking a pharmacist for a per diem, varied schedule. Day shift 8:00-4:30 Monday through Saturday, with additional compensation for evenings, nights, weekends, overtime and on-call pay.

Work Schedule

Per Diem, varied schedule. Day shift, Monday thru Saturday 8:00-4:30. You will work at the UW Health Belvidere Hospital.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime

Qualifications

• Completion of ASHP-accredited residency. Preferred
