Qualifications

• Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred.
• Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington.
• Minimum one year of pharmacy experience preferred in hospital, retail, clinic, or similar setting.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications to patients and interpret IV orders; prepare IV solutions.
• Manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain records.
• Supervise support personnel and perform final checks on completed work.
• Assist in inspecting pharmaceutical supplies and ensure safe, accurate pharmaceutical care.
