  • Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and EHRs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role located in West Jordan, UT. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, perform clinical checks for drug interactions and appropriate dosing, and counsel patients on safe and effective medication use. The role includes collaborating with medical, dental, behavioral health, and substance use treatment teams to support integrated, patient-centered care. The Pharmacist will help manage inventory, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintain accurate records, and support cost-effective medication options for patients. The individual in this role will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives and promote health education and wellness within the community.

Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Utah, and Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree.
  • Strong clinical pharmacy skills, including medication therapy management, drug interaction review, and patient counseling.
  • Experience or interest in working in community health, primary care, and medically-assisted treatment for substance use disorders.
  • Proficiency with pharmacy management systems, electronic health records, and standard dispensing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary care team.
  • Commitment to equitable, patient-centered care, including serving diverse communities and individuals with varied financial and social needs.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
  • Experience in a retail or clinic-based pharmacy setting is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.
