Job summary

Csmedicalpro in Washington, NC is hiring a licensed Pharmacist for an onsite, weekday role. The position is temp-to-perm, with schedule Monday through Friday 9 AM–6 PM and occasional rotating Saturdays.

You will dispense prescriptions, monitor patient adherence and safety, ensure legal drug supply, and advise patients on dosing, side effects and interactions. You will supervise technicians and clerks and maintain confidential records.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Licensed by the state of North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supply of medicines complies with the law.
• Ensure medicines prescribed are suitable and maintain confidential patient records.

• Compound medications for external or internal use and prepare sterile solutions.

• Identify drug-related problems and communicate with physicians and other practitioners.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and pharmacy team.
