Job summary

Woodmark Pharmacy of MA in Waltham, MA is seeking a responsible, customer-focused Pharmacist for a full-time role. The pharmacist will dispense medications, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operations within the pharmacy setting.

The ideal candidate has a pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) with geriatrics certification preferred, strong clinical skills, and experience in long-term care pharmacy. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent clinical, organization, interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to provide high quality pharmaceutical care
• 2-3 years’ experience in a clinical pharmacy practice with at least one year of long term care pharmacy practice preferred
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of all applicable nursing home regulations and guidance
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

The Pharmacist supports pharmacy operations by dispensing medications as prescribed and by maintaining compliance with all state, federal and other applicable regulatory agencies.
