Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients.
• Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide appropriate counseling to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Review and interpret prescription orders to verify accuracy and appropriateness.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactions.
• Provide information and guidance on over-the-counter medications and health-related products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization or school of pharmacy (e.g. APhA, PSW) for pharmacists working in outpatient pharmacy settings.
• Pharmacist license to practice in Minnesota.
• Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands‑on learning) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
