Health Partners of Western Ohio is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team in Ohio. The role involves clinical pharmacy services, collaboration with providers, and patient-centered care across our sites. Travel to Bryan, Defiance and Tiffin may be required.
Qualified candidates hold an Ohio pharmacist license, a degree from an accredited school, and are prepared to work 12-hour shifts as needed, with a commitment to community health and high-quality service.
Full Time - must be willing to work 12 hour shifts as needed.
Must be willing to travel to our sites in Bryan, Defiance and Tiffin, Ohio as needed.

This position will practice within the scope defined by the Ohio professional licensing board. By utilizing their pharmacy license, the Pharmacist will work with patients, providers, and other members of the health care team to provide patients with appropriate and beneficial comprehensive pharmacy services.
Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy and current Pharmacy License in the State of Ohio.
Successful completion of in-house training.
Work is primarily sedentary, demanding sitting, walking, lifting, and bending. Those physical movements and the degree of mobility, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination commonly associated with duties in an office setting will be performed repetitively. This also includes bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pulling, pushing, and walking. The ability to distinguish letters and symbols and utilize telephones, computer terminals, fax machines, and copiers is required.
