PharmcareUSA is seeking a Registered Pharmacist to join our team. Pay is based on experience and the role involves leading pharmacy operations and assisting with technicians, calls, and patient care.

The ideal candidate maintains current state licensing, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable ensuring compliance with Board rules and continuing education requirements.

PharmcareUSA is excited to announce that we are in need of a Registered Pharmacist to join our team. Pay is based on experience.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Energetic, patient‑caring, critical‑thinking individual who can communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Organizes, leads, and manages pharmacy operations when called upon.
• Assists and manages pharmacy technicians as required.
• Assists with phone calls.
• IV experience is a positive.
• Evaluates medication administration to verify conformity with prescribers’ orders.
• Adheres to all compliance requirements.
• Complies with State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations at all times.
• Maintains required Continuing Education credits.
• Maintains current licensing by the state(s) in which he/she practices.
• Previous LTC experience is a plus, but not necessary for the right candidate.

Physical Demands

Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines; must operate a computer and other office equipment up to 100% of the time. Must regularly talk and hear to communicate effectively over the phone and in person; must see 100% of the time to recognize medications, detect inaccuracies, and observe the work of others; must stand for long periods, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop; must lift/transport materials up to 25 pounds up to 10% of the time; must tolerate normal office/pharmacy environment and exposure to various medications.
