Responsabilités

• Manage complex patient cases involving trauma, burn, critical care, pediatrics, cardiac surgery, and ECMO.
• Utilize Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, Meditech, and Vigilanz systems.
• Perform IV and medication verification, as well as IV compounding.
• Administer Vancomycin AUC dosing and Aminoglycoside dosing.
• Conduct renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, and DOAC handling.
