This position will offer you the capacity to apply your knowledge and expertise toward supporting quality health services and patient care.**Responsibilities:*** You will dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders and prepare primary IV/solutions* You will manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain appropriate records* You will supervise support personnel and assumes responsibility for final check of all completed work* You will assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services* You will provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care service**Requirements:*** Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred* Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington* Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in setting appropriate to work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic or other)* Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association**About Good Samaritan Hospital** MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital is a 388-bed acute-care hub serving Puyallup and East Pierce County.
