Brown University’s Brown Health Services pharmacy seeks a pharmacist to oversee daily operations, handle prescription processing, direct patient care and counseling, and manage inventory within budget. The role involves pricing updates and working onsite at the Brown Health Services facility.
This per diem position provides coverage 2-3 shifts per month, requires availability for evenings and weekends during the academic year, and demands a RI pharmacist license plus a BS in Pharmacy and 3–5
The Pharmacist oversees the daily operation of the Brown Health Services pharmacy, including prescription processing, direct patient care and patient counseling. The pharmacist also provides medication information and support to students, providers and staff. Position duties also include managing inventory levels to maintain adequate stock within budget levels, placing and receiving orders as well as pricing updates.
This is a per diem position providing coverage 2-3 shifts per month. Must be available to work evenings and weekends during the academic year.
