Roxborough Memorial Hospital is seeking a per diem Pharmacist to oversee hospital pharmacy operations and ensure safe, effective medication use for diverse inpatient and outpatient services.

Responsibilities include coordinating pharmaceutical care and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while supporting clinical staff and patients in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
• Hospital pharmacy operations experience preferred.
• B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
• APhA Immunization Certification and BLS required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the activities of the hospital pharmacy department to provide the highest quality of pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure patient safety across services including General Medicine, ICU, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services.

Formation

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.S.)

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred

State Pharmacist License (current)

BLS certification preferred

ACLS certification preferred

APhA Immunization Certification required

Roxborough Memorial Hospital is a 131-bed community hospital. Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinates the activities of the pharmacy department to provide the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital, while ensuring patient safety. The scope of patient care provided may include: General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services.
