Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an Immunizing Pharmacist to support a vaccination initiative across Oregon. The role centers on administering immunizations, promoting patient care programs, and contributing to healthy outcomes within a community healthcare setting.

You must hold an active Oregon pharmacist license and an immunization certification; a DEA exclusion check must be clear, and a valid driver’s license is required. The assignment runs 2+ months with both part-time and full-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to multiple sites.

Job Title: Immunizing Pharmacist - Vaccination Initiative
Location: Multiple Locations across Oregon
Estimated Length of Assignment: 2+ Months

Est. Pay Range (hourly): $55.00 - $61.00 hourly

Description:

As an Immunizing Pharmacist, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering client’s purpose, modeling client’s values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for patients. A key component of the Immunizing Pharmacist role is keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs.
You will be responsible for the administration of multiple immunizations (ex: flu, shingles, COVID etc.)
Additionally, you will:

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist License in Oregon state.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Imply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate Client from its competitors
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.G., APhA)
• Valid Driver’s License

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. Degree.
