Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Pharmacist.
• Active and in good standing Pharmacist License in Wisconsin.
• Experience in NICU and Chemo medication preferred.
• Pharmacokinetics (PK) experience is preferred.
• Hospital experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help providers manage medication therapy.
• Monitor, manage and adjust therapy using approved guidelines and protocols.
• Hours are 40–48 per week from 1pm to 9:30pm, with one weekend per month.

Job Description

The Clinical Pharmacist helps providers in a multi-disciplinary fashion manage medication therapy. He or She is responsible for monitoring, managing and adjusting therapy, using approved guidelines and protocols.

Hours for this Position:

40-48 hours per week 1pm-9:30pm (will need to work one weekend a month)
